Due to the nauture of being an online business, the fact that we serve all time zones, and my family still needs me to drive to sports practices, our customer service hours can be random throughout the day. Occasionally, email questions are answered faster if I am out of my office. Also, since the majority of our items are personalized, it's nice to have copies of written communication. However, please don't hesitate to call during regular business hours because I love talking to my customers in person! Plaid Pig customers are the best!
