We stand behind all our products and expect you'll be extremely satisfied with your purchase.  Since our items are personalized, they are not eligible for a credit. However, if an error in personalization occurs and it is our fault, we will replace the item at no charge.  If you receive an item from us that is defective or broken please contact us immediately and we will make arrangements to replace it. 

Please be advised that Color Samples displayed for Custom Products may vary slightly from the final product because each computer screen's output is calibrated differently. Products may not be returned due to color variations between samples and final product. We advise you to make your size, color, font, and personalization choices very carefully.  If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

When you submit your order, it is processed immediately. Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it is in fulfillment.

All orders ship directly from our manufacturers. Depending on your item it could take anywhere from 3-14 business days. Please feel free to contact us if you have a question about a certain product. Please remember to add on additional days for shipping.

Please be aware that some products in the same order will be produced at different times and could arrive in different shipments.

To ensure the quickest delivery possible, many items will ship directly to you from the manufacturer. For this reason, you may receive your orders in several shipments, however you will only pay for shipping one time at check-out.

Once your payment has been received, please allow approximately 3 - 15 business days to complete orders and another 2–5 business days for shipping. Some items ship sooner.  Please refer to the production time in the items description. Also note that during peak holiday seasons, orders may take longer due to the high volume ordering.  We ship our orders by USPS, UPS or FEDX and ship only in the US. No PO Boxes please.
